I thought that it was great little place to stay over for my DOT break. I was a little hungry for the ribs and they were awesome and fairly priced for the generous portions and excellent sides. I would highly recommend it for great BAR B Q.
Nice little surprise. Don't let the appearance scare you,this isn't your typical gas station food. Nice selection of ribs, brisket, pulled pork, BBQ chicken and much more. Brisket was nicely done, nice smoke ring. Pork was good as well, though it was more shredded than pulled. Nice selection of homemade sides as well. Worth the stop.
Amazing people bot customers and staff are friendly and welcoming. Food is great tasting and fast. Only been there twice but had great experiences both times
Surprisingly good BBQ, all the selections are on point as far as the meats go. The ribs are probably the best I’ve ever had. Chili mac & cheese is a must, make sure you try it. The fish and potato salad could use a little seasoning, but overall this place is definitely worth visiting.
I've lived in Texas for almost a decade, but when you ask me what my favorite BBQ is in the whole wide world... I gotta say, it's Gio's. Their sauce is to die for (luckily you can buy it there in big jars!) and the meat just melts in your mouth. My favorite is the pulled pork, but their ribs are also just amazing. Their pizza and calzones are also fantastic, and their signature marinara sauce is also superb (and you can buy jars of it too!). I never, ever drive past this place without stopping for a bite.
